For the first 4 days, I suggest that you follow the guidance from the Prepare tab in order to prepare your mind, your body and your kitchen. Then you will be in the full cleanse for 10 days. At the end, either gently go back to a broader but healthier diet, or you can follow the Reintroduction as explained in the Next Steps tab. As you finish, be sure to choose a few of the new things you've learned that you can continue to do. The cleanse will be over but your energy can remain high with a simpler maintenance plan.
