What's covered on this call...

We started with a brief guided visualization that you can use at any time to give yourself a much needed "mental vacation". Then we talked about reintroducing foods and learning from your body about what's best for you going forward.

You can use the downloadable pdf from the Next Steps tab as a handout that you can fill in to help you celebrate your successes and get clear about your next steps, and how to stay on track.

We did an exercise to help you identify your "Big Why" by asking simple questions to dig deeper behind what you are wanting. And I left you with a visual image to remind you that your body has a vital force inside that is capable of healing when we can create the right environment to do so.
