What's covered on this call...
We started with a breathing exercise which you can use any time to shift your body/mind out of the fight or flight stress state. After a few introductions, we reviewed how to make S.M.A.R.T. goals and create a big future vision for yourself that your health can support you to achieve. Then we talked about how to create effective habits to make healthy living fit easily into your busy life, and two important tips for how to stick with them for the long term.
