Please print out and use the below forms for increasing your awareness and keeping track of your progress through this program.

Two of these are for you to use on a daily basis. If you get overwhelmed don't worry about it, but if you can spend a few minutes every evening noticing how your day went, you will be able to more easily focus on what is and is not working.

Another handout is a list of simple Tips & Tricks to give you ideas to consider.

And the last is a Progress Sheet to complete before and after this program as a way to notice your overall changes and to give me feedback by sending me a copy at the end.
