Women’s Wellness Wednesdays – Monthly
Check out this NEW series at Namaste Yoga in Berkeley, once per month on a Wednesday evening.
These workshops will help you expand your health care options, raise your awareness, connect you with other like-minded women, build your confidence, and teach you how to live well and feel great!
Each workshop includes practical information about a health topic (topics vary) and will include:
- Herbal teas, snacks and chocolate!
- Group support and sharing
- Q&A with Dr. Day
Talks on a variety of women’s health topics are also available for your private group.
