Most of the materials in the modules are recorded and available at your convenience so you can fit this program into your own schedule. It is suggested to attend the two phone calls live if you can (Mondays and Fridays at 12 noon, Pacific). If you have to miss one, you can always catch the recording later.
All you need is a phone and a computer. You can join us from anywhere and it’s ok to take your health with you on the road if you need to travel. You can also have a friend or family member do the program with you, even if they are long distance.

Here’s how the program works. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3!
1) Private website with videos, audios, handouts and checklists to guide you step by step to find the “A.R.T.” of living in balance. (Plan to spend about one hour per week with these materials.)
Phase 1: “A” = Assess
o Know where you are and where you want to go
Phase 2: “R” = Rebalance
o Take small steps in each of 7 key areas

2) Two live one-hour phone calls per week (for six weeks, Sept 10 – Oct 20):
o Mondays, 12 noon (PST) = Content Call with classes, interviews, Q&A (recorded if you can’t attend live)
o Fridays, 12 noon (PST) = Community Connection Call with sharing, support and spotlight coaching
3) Private online community forum for support and accountability (flexible and there for you when you need it. Suggested to check-in at least once per week. My team and I will check-in and comment, too!)
